At more4mymoney, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase, and we will
make every effort to resolve any problems you may have.
SHIPPING
Shipping Cost
You may obtain a price quote directly on our shopping cart page before
you check out or login/register. One of the many advantages to login/registering
is to browse online and use the checkout process to view your exact shipping
cost for the items in your cart. If you have not already registered, simply
choose the My Account link.
Shipping Method
Most items are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) ground to the shipping address
you provide at checkout. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes Or APO/FPO addresses.
You will be able to track your order online by logging into your My Account
and selecting the Order History button.
Normal sized items - Fast Delivery
Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours. If you order on Friday after
2pm EST, Saturday, or Sunday your order will ship out on Monday. Orders to
the continental United States take on an average 3-5 days for delivery.
Heavy and Oversized Items
We ship heavy and oversized items via common carrier (e.g. TV's larger than 25",
and some TV/Stereo Rack Systems). These shipments take 5-10 business days to
arrive. There are no tracking numbers available with common carrier. The freight
delivery company will call you directly to arrange for a delivery time. Please
be sure to enter in your correct phone number so that the delivery company
will be able to contact you. Upon delivery the carrier will bring the merchandise
into the first floor of your home for you. Second floor delivery will require
an additional charge. Heavy and oversized items may be subject to rate adjustments.
You will be contacted with any adjustments
that may be applied.
During checkout, certain items are subject to our special table rates based on the product's weight.
If this price is lower than the standard UPS Ground rate, you should select the Special Table Rate for additional savings.
The package will ship United Parcel Service (Ground) if you select this shipping method.
For most normal sized items, you can upgrade to United Parcel Service Next Day
Air or 2nd Day Air during the checkout process.
International Shipping
At this time more4mymoney ships to only the continental United States, Alaska
and Hawaii.
RETURNS
Refund Policy
Most products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your product's
shipping date. However, more4mymoney reserves the right to authorize product
returns beyond 30 days from the product’s shipping date. After 30 days,
please contact the manufacturer directly.
The shipping date is available in ‘My Account -> Order History’.
Shipping charges are not refunded.
Color copiers, printers, fax machines and toner cartridges are not eligible
for return.
All Xbox, GameCube, PlayStation2, Gameboy console returns must include console,
controller, software, AV cable and power cord, original box and packing. XBox
needs the subscription code to remove it from their system. If the subscription
code is not visible when returned, customer will not receive credit. All Xbox
Live product must include DVD folder with visible subscription code, XBox live
communicator, and original box. Customer will be billed for missing parts.
Opened Software, Music, Video, DVDs, Cellular Accessories, Wireless PDAs,
Games, Books may be exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date
for the same item only. No refunds are available for these items, if opened.
All software and accessories must be returned for same product replacement only.
No credit.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) authorized
and submitted by more4mymoney. Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen
(14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip,
all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. If any of these materials are missing,
your account will be billed accordingly. Furniture must be disassembled in original
packaging.
• All returns must be returned freight PREPAID. Products received freight
collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting
the above criteria, will be refused.
• RA number must be printed clearly on shipping label and all products
must be securely protected in original packaging. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE
CARTON.
The Customer will be responsible for the return Shipping Charges. On the other
hand, we'll cover the Shipping Charges on the replacement or exchange item(s)
going back.
More4mymoney DOES NOT offer any type of price protection. Please recognize
that prices are "as is" after purchase. If products are returned for
price drop issue, all other policies will and should apply.
We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in the case it
is lost or damaged. For your protection use a carrier that can provide you with
proof of delivery. We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking fee on opened,
non-defective items or refuse an RMA. All items returned with missing parts
will be charged a 15% re-manufacturing fee. Items showing obvious signs of misuse,
consumer abuse or commercial use are not eligible for return.
If order is refused for any reason, more4mymoney will be compensated for all
shipping charges.
Damaged Claim Policy
If merchandise arrives damaged make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery
record in order for more4mymoney to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise
AND the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify us within 5 days of arrival
to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If
you do not notify us of damaged goods within the first 5 days of arrival, our
regular return policy will override any claim of damage.
Dead-on-Arrival Products Policy
For orders that are Dead-On-Arrival (D.O.A.), more4mymoney will arrange for
a same item replacement, and will cover all UPS Ground shipping charges. more4mymoney
issues a UPS Call Tag for D.O.A. products to be picked up from customers residence
or business. DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the
same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns
Processing Service Charge. Defective product must be in original factory carton
with all original packing materials. If the product is found to be non-defective,
an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
Special Brand Products Policy
JVC: No returns for credit on color television, VCR, DVD or
camcorder. Authorized service center repair only (800-537-5722)
Panasonic & Quasar: No returns for credit on video, DVD, color television,
fax or camcorders. Authorized customer service center for repair only. (800-222-4213)
Philips: All TV, TV/VCR, and Pronto Remote Control product
are Factory Warranty only and cannot be returned.
Philips End-User Return Policy: Philips DVD, DVD/VCR combo
and VCR units have a 90-day OTC exchange warranty for defective units. After
90 days through 1 year, an exchange can be made through Philips for a nominal
fee.
Toshiba: No returns for credit on color television, DVD and
VCR. Authorized customer service center for repair only. (800-631-3811)
WARRANTIES
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
Please allow approximately 10-14 business days for your return to be processed
once it has arrived at the warehouse. If you request a replacement, we will
ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. No
Cash Refunds will be allowed.
more4mymoney.com reserves the right to refuse an RMA or to issue only one
RMA per returned product. Depending on the type of RMA, more4mymoney.com might
or might not pay shipping on the RMA. more4mymoney.com does not pay shipping
on replacement RMAs in the unlikely case that a replacement RMA is issued.
